Suggested Use (Face Mask): Stir 1–2 tablespoons into rose water, aloe vera gel, or water until smooth. Spread evenly over cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Use once or twice a week.

Suggested Use (Scalp & Hair Treatment): Mix with water or natural yoghurt and massage into the scalp and through the hair. Leave for 20–30 minutes before washing out completely.
